Design Features
After removing the original second floor bedrooms walls, two 9 x 9 foot glass walls were installed in their place. This provided the bedrooms with greater privacy while allowing maximum natural light to flood the space.
To maintain some of the 80’s character, the original staircase was reused. Once cut free of its anchors the entire staircase was repositioned to improve circulation between zones. A new bridge section was added and the entire staircase was completely refinished.
