Located in the Leslieville area of Toronto, this early 1900s craftsman home received a main floor renovation including a new rear one storey addition. Both the basement and the main level of the house were gutted, the rear of the house was opened, and a rear addition was added to the main floor to increase square footage. It was necessary to re space plan the main floor allow for a proper Foyer, Dining Room, Kitchen, Powder Room, Family Room, and Work Zone, this was achieved by adding the additional square footage and by relocating the basement stairs. The new space planning allowed for the once disjointed floor plan to defuse into a series of flowing spaces for this growing family.
