This two-storey condo unit located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Toronto was very spacious but very dated. All finishes were removed, and we started with a clean slate. Walls were removed on the main floor to create a more open space allowing the kitchen to increase in size. On the lower level the walls were reconfigured to accommodate a new office space and in the primary bedroom walls were constructed to create a new walk-in closet. To create a contemporary feel the spaces were filled with a selection on natural materials in muted tones.
