Avoca Ave. No. 2

The Avoca Apartments, a mid-century residential complex built in 1969, presented a unique challenge to breathe new life into these classic Toronto buildings. This double suite unit was purchased by the client to be their new home. The unit was in original condition and required a complete build out of every finish, fixture and equipment right down to all furniture and accessories. With an expansive view and generous layout, the goal of the redesign was to maximize functionality and proportion while introducing a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic rooted in natural materials and thoughtful details.
