This two-storey condo unit located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Toronto was very dated and in need of a total renovation. All finishes were removed, and we started with a clean slate. On the main level, the kitchen walls were removed creating an open space plan allowing for improved circulation and flow. On the 2nd level, the overall layout remained, although many small improvement were made to accommodate the all new design and installation of finishes. The space was then filled with modern conveniences, thoughtful designs and finished off with a selection of natural materials and muted tones.
