Oaklands Ave. No. 3

This three-storey condo unit located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Toronto was our third opportunity for a complete luxury renovation at The Oaklands. We began with a clean slate by removing all finishes, fixtures and equipment which were all original to this unit. On the main level, the kitchen walls were removed to open the space and allow for improved circulation and flow. On the 2nd and 3rd levels, the overall floor plan remained, although many improvement and repairs were made to ensure the proper installation of the new finishes.  The space was then filled with natural materials and muted tones along with modern conveniences and thoughtful designs.
