St. Clair Ave. W. No. 3

Located in the Forest Hill neighborhood of Toronto, this two-storey, two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo was our third opportunity to completely redesign a unit in this 1980’s building.  The original layout posed many space planning and layout issues, especially on the second floor. The new design called for all finishes along with all interior walls to be removed. Now working with a completely open and unobstructed unit we rebuilt maximizing the layout without sacrificing design. On the main floor, the kitchen walls were removed and on the second floor all the walls were rebuilt to maximize space, efficiency and flow. Previously unused space was given to key areas increasing the size of the primary bedroom, closets and ensuite.
